What happens after you write

Three things, in order: a reply, a call, then a proposal. You'll hear back within one business day, and it will be a considered response from someone who has read your message, not an automated acknowledgement. From there the process stays deliberately short, because nobody contacts an agency in order to sit in a pipeline.

None of it is required homework; it's there if it helps.

  • A reply within one business dayA person reads your message and responds. If we're not the right fit for the job, we'll say so and point you in a better direction.
  • A short callTwenty to thirty minutes on your business, your goals and your rough budget. Video or phone, at a time that works with your day. No slides, no pitch.
  • A written proposalScope, timeline and a cost range in plain language, usually within a few days of the call, so you can weigh it up in your own time.

Who you'll be talking to

You'll deal with the founder from the first email onwards. Devarko doesn't run a sales layer, so the person who scopes your project is the same person responsible for delivering it. That makes the first conversation more useful: you get straight answers on what's feasible, what it costs and how long it will take, rather than a pitch that has to be checked with the technical team later.

We're an Australian software house with our engineering studio in Lahore. That structure keeps senior engineers on your project at sensible rates, and we can arrange overlap with Australian hours where day-to-day contact matters. The same team has shipped seven client platforms across Pakistan, Kuwait and the USA, and runs Cargonio, our own freight ERP, now live with two companies.

Good things to ask us.

Do you work with businesses outside the major cities?
Yes. Everything we do is remote-friendly, so it makes no difference whether you're in Sydney, Townsville or Broken Hill. Calls happen over video at times that suit you, work is shared through links you can open anywhere, and progress never depends on anyone being in the same room.
Do we need to prepare anything before we get in touch?
A rough idea of your goals is enough. You don't need a brief, a sitemap or a keyword list; helping you work out exactly what's needed is part of the job. If you have examples of sites you like or a sense of budget, bring them along, but neither is required.
