What we build

Devarko builds marketing sites, custom web applications and customer portals for small and mid-size businesses. We also build the systems that sit behind online selling: product catalogues, booking and quoting tools, member areas and dashboards that talk to your existing software. If it runs in a browser and needs to work reliably, it is the kind of project we take on.

Built in the right technology for the job

We are full-stack developers. We work across every major language and framework and choose the right tools for each project, front end, back end, mobile and the integrations in between. In practice that means whatever the project needs, whether that is a JavaScript front end, a PHP or Python back end, or a native mobile app. We favour widely-used, well-documented technology so any competent developer can pick the work up later and you are never locked into us. When a project needs a companion mobile app, the web and mobile products share one API and one source of truth.

Fast and accessible by default

Performance and accessibility are not paid extras. Every site we ship is built to load quickly on Australian mobile networks, work with screen readers and keyboards, and hold up under Google's Core Web Vitals. Our own site is the test bed: devarko.com scores 97 to 99 for performance and 100 for SEO on Lighthouse, and we hold client work to the same standard.

Every project starts with a conversation, not a form. We work out what the site or application actually needs to do, write it down in plain language, and quote against that scope. You deal directly with the people planning your build, and the engineering is delivered by our senior team in Lahore. That structure keeps rates sensible without the quality lottery of hiring anonymous freelancers.

After launch

Who will actually build our website?
Devarko is headquartered in Australia and the engineering is done by our own senior team in Lahore. They are our staff, not subcontractors, and they are the same engineers behind the seven client platforms live in Pakistan, Kuwait and the USA. You get one point of contact here, direct access to the engineers when it helps, and more on how the studio is set up on our home page.
How long does a build take?
A marketing site usually takes four to eight weeks from signed scope to launch, mostly depending on how quickly content and feedback arrive from your side. Web applications typically run three to six months. We give a timeline with the quote and flag early if anything moves it.
Can you take over a site another developer built?
Yes. We start with a paid audit of the code, hosting and performance, then give you a plain-language report on what is worth keeping. If the site runs on a common stack such as React, Next.js or Laravel we can usually work with it, and if a rebuild is genuinely cheaper than a rescue, we will say so.
Do you handle SEO as well?
