CRM development for Australian businesses, set up the way you sell.
A CRM rarely fails because of the software. It fails when sales keeps its own spreadsheet, finance re-types every won deal and support has no history to look at. We set up Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho or Bitrix24 around the way your team already works, then connect it to billing, your website and your inbox so each customer is entered once.
- 0%: Margin on CRM licences: you pay the vendor direct
- 9: Client platforms we built, running in three countries
- 2: Companies running on Cargonio, our ERP with quoting, invoicing and accounts
- 1 click: From a won quotation to a live job in Cargonio
§ 01Overview
Your process first, then the platform
First we write down how a lead moves through your business. Then we build a trial setup that uses your own labels, and we judge it by how many of your people use it each week, not by seats bought.
We start with questions, not software. Who picks up a new enquiry? What changes when it turns into a sale? At what point does finance get involved, and which of those steps runs on a spreadsheet or one person’s memory today? The answers point to the platform. A busy sales floor, a field team and a small office with three people selling need very different setups, and a licence only pays for itself when the system matches the work.
Connecting the CRM to everything else is usually the harder job. Our engineers write integrations in whatever your other systems use, from PHP and Python to Node and .NET. We also run our own freight ERP, Cargonio, which carries a customer from quotation to job to invoice and keeps double-entry accounts. That means we can build both ends of a sync with your billing, a booking flow or the forms on your website. If the answer turns out to be a custom system or a customer portal, the same team builds it.
For Australian businesses, your point of contact is our head office in Hobart and our senior engineers work from Lahore. CRM licences stay in your own account, and every login and repository is set up in your name.
Where it fits
- Getting a sales pipeline out of spreadsheets and into one shared system
- Sending won deals to finance without anyone re-typing them
- Pulling enquiries from your website and support inbox in on their own
- Giving field staff or partners a simpler screen to work from
- Platform advice. Chosen on your process, not our preference
- Customisation. Stages, fields and permissions that fit
- Integration. Billing, website and inbox connected
- Clean migration. Old records deduplicated, then moved
§ 02What you get
Six deliverables.
Platform choice & setup
We weigh Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Bitrix24 and others against your seat count, the complexity of your process and the admin hours you can spare. Then we set up the pipelines, stages, roles and page layouts, so your team’s first week on it is calm rather than a battle.
Customisation & automation
Extra fields and objects, validation, lead routing, approval steps, and templates for quotes and invoices. We build these with the platform’s own tools, such as Salesforce Flow or Zoho Deluge, so whoever maintains them next is not stuck with bolted-on code.
Integration with your systems
Two-way sync with billing, your ERP, website forms, the support inbox and payment tools such as Stripe. If an off-the-shelf connector cannot do the job, our team writes and hosts the link itself, and every sync is logged so a failure appears on a screen instead of going unnoticed.
Data migration & clean-up
Years of spreadsheets, exports from an older CRM and repeated contacts end up in one tidy structure. We agree with you how fields map and what counts as a duplicate, run a trial import for you to check, and only then do the real import, with a way back agreed beforehand.
Reporting & dashboards
Pipeline by stage, activity per rep, conversion, deals going stale and revenue against target. The CRM’s built-in dashboards cover most of it. When the figures sit across several systems, we build a separate view, like the real-time revenue and invoice dashboard we built for Bright Future.
Custom portals & screens
When the CRM’s own screens suit nobody, we build a focused web front end or mobile app for customers, partners or field staff, connected to the CRM through its API. The data stays in one place, and people get a screen they will actually open.
§ 03How it runs
Four steps, in the open.
- Step 01
Map how you sell
We sit down with the people who sell and deliver, a few sessions in all. Out of that comes a written list of stages, handoffs, must-have fields and the reports management wants, and a scope with a fixed quote in AUD that we both sign off before building starts.
- Step 02
Build in a sandbox
We build in a trial or sandbox account and show you progress every week, using your own labels. Lahore mornings line up with Australian afternoons, so the demo fits inside your working day, and a change of mind at this stage costs very little.
- Step 03
Integrate, migrate, test
The integrations are connected, a trial import lands for you to look through, and our QA engineers walk every path from first enquiry to paid invoice before your team depends on it. Problems cost far less to find here than on launch day.
- Step 04
Go live & hand over
Each role gets a short recorded walkthrough, admins get written notes, and every login and repository moves into your name. We stay nearby while the team settles in, then either hand over fully or carry on with monthly support, month to month.
